




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration to perform key functions in contract management, payroll processing, and process improvement, with social media management skills. Professional development training REQUIREMENTS: * Professionals with a degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. * Proficiency in Word and Excel (Intermediate level). * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. * Residence in areas adjacent to Surco. * Immediate availability. * Experience managing social media. FUNCTIONS: * Preparation and submission of contracts to the Ministry of Labor. * Registration in the T-Register. * Preparation of payroll settlements. * Preparation of payroll sheets and evaluation of reports from all departments. * Processing payments via Honorarium Receipts. * Scheduling of Bonus and Vacation payments. * Proposing improvement ideas for each position. * Other related duties. WORK SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday: 6:40 am – 4:40 pm * Saturday: 6:40 am – 2:30 pm BENEFITS: * Formal employment registration + statutory benefits. * Job-related training. * Work certificate.
