Job Summary: Don Tito is seeking waiters/hostesses to deliver an exceptional service experience—from preparing the area to attending to and satisfying customers. Key Highlights: 1. We are **Don Tito**, a leading Peruvian restaurant chain with over 40 years in the market, offering a unique dining experience and exquisite flavor from our roasted chickens and grilled dishes. We are currently recruiting staff for the position of **WAITER / HOSTESS** at our locations in **SAN BORJA / SAN MIGUEL.** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off Rotating Shift – 48 working hours per week **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Arrange tables and chairs according to the establishment’s layout plan. * Prepare mise en place at each table: utensils, napkins, condiment containers, cutlery—ensuring all items remain clean and in good condition at service stations. * Set up tables with basic tableware prior to opening. * Greet customers and attend to their orders. * Inspect dishes before serving to ensure they match the customer’s order. * Collect used dishes and gauge customer satisfaction regarding food or service. * Provide customers with their respective receipts after service. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. \- Proficiency in the INFOREST system. \- Availability to work rotating shifts (opening/closing). \- Availability to work in the district of SAN MIGUEL. **BENEFITS** \- Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits effective from the first day of employment. \- Corporate benefits. \- Meal coverage. \- Individual tips. \- Market-competitive salary.
