Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to document and optimize processes, implement operational improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and cost standards. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for SSOMA management and risk prevention **Requirements:** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Analytical ability, proactivity, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work at the industrial park. **Responsibilities:** * Lift, map, and document processes using BPMN and process-based management methodologies. * Develop and update procedures, work instructions, forms, and operational standards. * Design and implement operational optimization plans, reduction of rework, and improvement of cycle times and costs. * Supervise the proper preparation of cost analyses per process, product, or unit. * Supervise the implementation of prevention plans, internal inspections, and operational controls. * Ensure development and updating of the IPERC matrix, PETS, ATS, and other SSOMA system documents. **Offered:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Benefits as stipulated by law.
