Conduct safety talks and verify proper use of PPE **TODO CLIMA PERÚ S.A.C.**, a company specialized in maintenance and installation of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, is looking for a highly committed **SSOMA Supervisor** with solid industry experience. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years** of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor, supported by employment certificates. * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Diploma in SSOMA (not mandatory). * Valid training in **Work at Heights (minimum 8 hours)** – Mandatory. * Experience handling documentation and preparing **Safety Dossiers** according to client requirements. *(Corresponding certificate evidence will be requested.)* **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise personnel during preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. * Manage and implement field safety documentation: ATS, harness inspection, tool inspection, PETAR for work at heights, scaffolding and ladder inspections. * Conduct 5-minute safety talks at the start of each shift. * Verify compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE. **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and effective communication. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Proactivity, organization, and accountability. **Working Conditions:** * **Start Date:** February 26 to March 10. * **Payment Method:** Service Fee Receipt. * **Work Location:** Cineplanet – Tacna.
