Wishing you great success throughout this process! **Technical Lead Engineer** **Mission:** Lead and develop the engineering team responsible for building digital products, ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality technological solutions aligned with business strategy, architectural standards, and the Bank’s regulatory requirements. **What do we expect from you?** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related fields. * Minimum \+7 years of software development experience, including technical leadership exposure. * Strong knowledge of software architecture, backend/frontend development, and engineering best practices. * Experience with CI/CD, testing, application security, and technical debt management. * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, observability (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace), and security tools (SonarQube, Snyk, etc.). * Knowledge of microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Strong technical leadership, mentoring, strategic thinking, and influence capabilities. * Results-oriented profile, focused on quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. **What challenges will you face?** * Lead the team technically, ensuring high standards in development, architecture, and software quality. * Translate the backlog into viable technical solutions, balancing scope, quality, and delivery timelines. * Manage technical debt, risks, and vulnerabilities to ensure solution stability. * Support the team during agile ceremonies, removing blockers and optimizing sprint planning. * Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure proper execution of cross-functional initiatives. * Actively participate in technical decisions and, when required, contribute to coding complex solutions. * Develop talent by acting as a mentor and nurturing future technical leaders. * Measure team performance (quality, velocity, productivity) and drive continuous improvements. * Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and Bank controls. * Operate in a high-pressure environment, managing critical incidents and guaranteeing operational continuity.
