Evaluate and report mineral grades **Position:** **Laboratory Supervisor** **Profile:** * Chemistry Technician, Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and/or Metallurgical Engineering. * Reside in Trujillo. * Three years of experience in laboratory chemical mineral processing. * Minimum one year as a laboratory supervisor. * Knowledge of ISO 17025 and 9001 standards\. * Availability: Full-time (rotating schedule). **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure adherence to laboratory regulations stipulated in RIT, RITSS, and BPL. * Lead, coordinate, and perform mineral analysis tasks. * Evaluate and report requested mineral grades in the LIMS system. * Monitor maintenance schedule. * Provide training support to staff. * Instruct and verify that workers properly use personal protective equipment. * Verify that workers operate machinery with protective guards installed. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll under the General Regime. * 100% food coverage. * Life insurance.
