Positive work environment and career path **PRIVATE SECURITY AGENT — PRO SECURITY RBC S.A.C.** Trujillo, La Libertad \| Full-time \| 12-hour rotating shift **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in similar positions. * Good physical condition and health status. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Residence in Trujillo and surrounding areas. * Valid L4 firearm license — without restrictions **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Control entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and goods at assigned facilities. * Conduct periodic surveillance rounds inside and outside the workplace. * Prevent and deter illicit acts threatening the safety of people and property. * Record events and incidents in the incident logbook. * Immediately report any risk situation to the assigned supervisor. * Guide and assist staff, visitors, and suppliers entering the facilities. * Comply with security protocols and procedures established by the client. **WE OFFER** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Life Insurance Law and SCTR coverage. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment and career path.
