This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo! **Apply right now!** Acquistion Outbound Chief **We are looking for our next Acquisition Outbound Chief** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- At Tigo we are growing and we want to add a strategic leader who will drive the **acquisition of new residential and mobile customers** through the **outbound channel** ### **What will you do in this role?** * Define and execute the outbound acquisition strategy for residential services. * Ensure compliance with key KPIs: sales, productivity, quality, and retention. * Coordinate large-scale operations with partners and internal teams. * Drive continuous improvements in processes, sales flows, scripts, and tools (CRM, dialers, etc.). * Align the channel with global campaigns, BI, product, and operations. * Develop commercial talent and strengthen middle management. * Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. ### **What are we looking for?** * Solid experience leading outbound strategies and high-volume operations. * Background in sales of residential/fixed services (ideally telecom). * Advanced knowledge of KPIs related to conversion, contactability, and quality. * Familiarity with CRMs, automatic dialers, and telephony tools. * Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions. * Knowledge of ethical sales practices and compliance. * Strong leadership, coaching, and motivation of large teams. * Strategic thinking and results orientation. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Real-time problem solving and high adaptability. \#TigoElSalvador \#LaRedMasGrande \#aplicaya Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
