Perform minor repairs and equipment cleaning A seafood company is seeking a Kitchen and Press Operator – Chicama Plant who meets the following profile: **Position Objective:** Operate kitchens and presses in accordance with established procedures and instructions, controlling and adjusting operational parameters to ensure product quality and proper equipment functionality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate kitchens and presses while monitoring pressure, temperature, level, and humidity parameters. * Coordinate the supply of raw materials and steam with relevant departments. * Coordinate load variations with the Dryer Operator during the process. * Perform minor repairs and cleaning of equipment and work area. * Report and record operational incidents to the Shift Supervisor and perform other assigned duties. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed technical training in Mechanics, Electricity, or related fields. * Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and hydraulic systems. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Reside in areas adjacent to Chicama or be available to relocate.
