Production Operator

Job Summary: Perform operational production tasks, including handling raw materials and maintaining the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Good work climate 2. Promotes diversity and inclusion 3. Assesses candidate competencies **REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in the district of La Esperanza or nearby areas. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform operational tasks within production areas. * Load and unload raw materials, products, and by-products from production machinery. * Keep the work area and used machinery clean and organized. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as requested by the department. **SCHEDULES / ROTATING:** **(With 1 day off per week)** * Morning shift * Afternoon shift * Night shift **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one with all statutory benefits (EsSalud, vacations, bonuses, CTS, family allowance, mandatory life insurance, and others). * 15 payments per year (12 monthly salaries, 2 bonuses (July and December), and 1 CTS (half in May and half in November)). * Timely payments (mid-month and month-end). * Good work climate. *At Creditex, we promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion.
