Administrative and commercial management We are seeking a Workshop Manager or Supervisor with strong leadership skills, organizational ability, and a results-oriented mindset to lead our multibrand workshop. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring service quality in mechanical, bodywork, and painting areas, as well as leading the administrative and commercial management of the business. Main Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate workflow across General Mechanics, Bodywork, and Painting areas, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines. • Inspect vehicles before, during, and after service processes to guarantee optimal service quality. • Monitor delivery timelines and workshop productivity. • Coordinate with service advisors, warehouse, and administration. • Greet customers, prepare clear estimates/quotations, and provide professional advice. • Payment Management: Coordinate purchase of spare parts/supplies and manage petty cash. • Supervise proper use of tools, equipment, and materials. • Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations. Requirements • Technical diploma or degree in Automotive Mechanics or related fields. • Minimum 2 years’ experience as workshop manager, workshop supervisor, or workshop administrator. • Driver’s license A-1 • Integrity, leadership, organization, and problem-solving ability under pressure. • Intermediate Excel proficiency. Working Conditions: • Availability to work at the C.P. Milagro – Huanchaco location • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (1.5-hour lunch break) Saturday: 8:00 am to 1:30 pm.
