Job Summary: We are seeking a Thermoforming Machine Operator to efficiently and safely operate machines, ensuring continuity of the production process and final product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Proposal of improvements in the production process. **THERMOFORMING MACHINE OPERATOR Requirements** * Completed technical studies in Electromechanics, Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, Production, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial plants or processes as a machine operator (preferably with thermoforming machines or similar). * Availability to work rotating shifts (mandatory). * Residence in Trujillo city. * Responsible, proactive individual oriented toward achieving objectives. **Job Objective** To efficiently and safely operate thermoforming machines and associated equipment, ensuring continuity of the production process and final product quality according to established standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate thermoforming machines and related equipment, ensuring product quality per the production plan. * Verify correct supply of inputs during the process. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper use of assigned materials and equipment. * Comply with safety, industrial hygiene, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. * Monitor and record daily production, ensuring data accuracy. * Promptly report incidents, losses, or technical failures. * Propose process improvements when necessary. **Benefits** * Formal employment under the General Regime. * Meals provided.
