This position is aimed at committed, organized individuals with a service-oriented vocation who wish to develop professionally within the social area of a growing company. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide support in managing **insurance and economic benefits** (EsSalud). * Assist in **monitoring medical leaves**, as well as conducting home and hospital visits when required. * Collaborate in organizing **team-building activities**, well-being programs, and internal events. * Attend to and advise employees regarding **corporate benefits and social matters**. * Support the registration, control, and updating of social information and departmental documentation. * Coordinate with other Human Resources Management areas to ensure proper implementation of occupational well-being initiatives. * Other related duties assigned by the department. **Required profile:** * Graduate or undergraduate student in **Social Work**. * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in similar roles (including professional internships). * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and employee orientation. * Organizational ability and teamwork skills. * Availability to work on-site in **Miraflores**, or reside in nearby areas. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment contract starting **on day one**, including statutory benefits. * Competitive market-rate salary. * Pleasant working environment. * Opportunity for learning and professional development within the Human Resources Management area. * Offices located in a central area of **Miraflores**.
