Development in construction control, quantity surveying, and valuation We are currently looking for a **Site Resident Assistant** to join our team on **road construction projects (roads and sidewalks)**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Civil Engineering. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in road construction projects (roads and sidewalks). * Knowledge of construction control, quantity surveying, valuation, and site diary management. * Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and/or project management software (preferred). * Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the Site Resident in supervising and controlling field activities. * Preparation of progress reports. * Control of quantity surveying and valuation. * Coordination with technical and administrative staff.
