Job Summary: We are seeking a Drying Operator to supervise, regulate, and maintain drying systems, ensuring product quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. A fisheries company is seeking a **DRYING OPERATOR** who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Technician in Mechanics, Maintenance, or related fields. * Drying operation experience. * Minimum 6 months of experience in companies within the fishing sector. **Responsibilities:** * Regulate and supervise drying systems (e.g., Rotadisk dryer). Monitor key parameters such as steam pressure, feed flow rate (Integral Keke), and equipment temperature. * Conduct visual inspections and take frequent samples to ensure that the moisture content of the output product meets the plant's optimal standards. * Perform cleaning and basic maintenance tasks on drying equipment to prevent blockages, accumulation of burnt material, and ensure proper mechanical operation. * Knowledge of food safety management systems (HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, and POES) and industrial safety standards, especially when handling high temperatures and heavy equipment.
