Identify opportunities to obtain better commercial terms and reduce costs. Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures. Track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of requested goods or services. Collaborate with the inventory team to manage and optimize inventory levels in accordance with the company’s operational and financial needs. Identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory and improve stock turnover. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, effectively communicating the company’s requirements and expectations. Proactively resolve any issues or discrepancies related to purchasing and suppliers. In case of absence, be replaced by the Purchasing Assistant.
