Coordination with various departments for information gathering At VITALINE, an international pharmaceutical laboratory specializing in ophthalmic product manufacturing, we are seeking a professional to assume the role of Validation Assistant, focused on continuous improvement and process automation. Requirements: Support the execution and monitoring of validation activities. Consolidate, analyze, and monitor data generated during validations. Identify opportunities for improvement and automation in information management. Prepare and update area reports, indicators, and dashboards. Support the preparation and control of technical documentation (protocols and reports). Coordinate with departments such as Production, Maintenance, and Quality for information gathering. Maintain up-to-date the Quality Management System documents corresponding to the area.
