Inventory management and stock control **REQUIREMENTS:** · Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. · Training in good storage practices. · Proficiency in MS Office. · Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in fishery, industrial, or food companies. · Leadership, organizational and coordination skills, empathy, teamwork, and assertive communication. · Good physical condition for material handling tasks. · Driver's license preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse operations. · Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. · Prepare monthly reports and performance indicators. · Manage warehouse documentation. · Control and maintain up-to-date warehouse inventory. · Supervise the proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment. · Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels for materials, spare parts, and supplies. · Supervise proper product rotation to prevent expiration or deterioration. · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Conditions:** · Working hours: Monday to Saturday. · 100% on-site, full-time employment. · Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. · Lunch provided by the company.
