Supervision of cleanliness and safety in download areas A Fishing Company is looking for a **Download Assistant** who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Completed technical studies in administration, industrial production, industrial processes, logistics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of PRODUCE regulations related to downloading, fishing, and operational reporting. * Knowledge of basic raw material quality parameters. * Ability to handle operational records and administrative reports. * Intermediate MS Office skills. * Basic SAP knowledge. * 1 year of experience in operational roles within download, production, quality, or similar processes. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the receipt and control of raw materials, including sampling, weighing, registration, storage, and quality verification during the download process. * Manage dock and ice operational services, ensuring timely supply, recording of vessels served, and proper control of services rendered. * Supervise cleanliness, order, and safety conditions in download and dock areas, guaranteeing compliance with hygiene and operational standards. * Prepare, validate, and report operational, accounting, and regulatory information, including fishing, production, waste reports, and documentation required by PRODUCE and internal departments. * Administer and control the financial information of services, participating in budget preparation and follow-up, monthly closing, settlements, and reconciliations with Administration and Accounting departments.
