We are currently seeking personnel to fill the position of **EMULSION AND ASPHALT DISPATCH OPERATOR** to join our team. **Job Objective** Carry out operational activities related to the dispatch of emulsions and asphalts, ensuring compliance with loading, weighing, verification, and document control procedures, thereby guaranteeing correct product delivery and operational safety. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Desired training in logistics, warehousing, industrial operations, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 6 months’ experience in dispatch operations, warehousing, weighing, load control, or similar activities is desirable. Experience in industrial plants, transportation, or logistics will be valued. * Knowledge: Basic dispatch procedures for products; control and recording of transport unit weights; verification of dispatch documents; basic handling of operational forms and records; fundamental Occupational Health and Safety regulations; knowledge of handling and dispatching industrial liquid materials is desirable. * Residency in Paita, Piura **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute dispatch of tanker trucks carrying asphalt emulsion and asphalt. * Verify physical and operational conditions of tanker trucks prior to loading. * Weigh units before and after loading, recording the corresponding information. * Verify placement and proper identification of security seals. * Review dispatch documentation and validate that information matches the scheduled load. * Record weight, product, unit, and driver data in established forms. * Promptly report any deviations, anomalies, or non-compliances detected during the dispatch process. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with company-established operational, quality, and safety procedures. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Job Conditions:** * On-site work at the plant. * Availability to work shifts according to the dispatch schedule. * Exposure to plant operational conditions and constant interaction with transporters and operators. * Mandatory compliance with Occupational Health and Safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Benefits:** * Competitive market-rate salary. * Direct payroll enrollment. * Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, profit sharing, family allowance). * Timely payments. * Overtime pay.
