Job Summary: We are seeking a Temporary Production Operator with experience in the industrial sector to support raw material control, ensure the cold chain, record consumption, and maintain cleanliness in processing areas. Maintenance of the cold chain and product safety A fishing company is seeking a **Temporary Production Operator** who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Degree * Excel/Power BI * Minimum 2 years of experience in the position within industrial-sector companies. **Responsibilities:** * Support raw material receipt control prior to entering the production process. * Verify that the labor provider properly controls (labeling) batches entering freezing equipment and freezing duration. * Monitor and record consumption of supplies and materials during production, and conduct inventories to substantiate such consumption. * Coordinate the initiation of equipment freezing with the refrigeration technician. * Coordinate with the labor provider to maintain the cold chain and product safety throughout the process flow. * Perform finished product notification (scanning) and manage its proper delivery to the finished goods warehouse. * Ensure maintenance, cleaning, and disinfection of processing areas. * Provide support for scale and ice plant operations as required by the Shift Supervisor. * Assist in product thawing when necessary.
