Opportunity for learning and professional development **Job Description:** **PADILLA LIQUOR COMPANY** A liquor industry company is looking for a responsible, organized, and committed **Preparation Assistant** to support product formulation and preparation processes, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and DIGESA regulations. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems. * Experience in chemical raw material control and handling (desirable). * Proactivity, teamwork capability, and effective communication skills. **Responsibilities:** * Completion and updating of DIGESA, GMP, and HACCP forms. * Processing requisitions, receipts, and dispatches of chemical raw materials. * Warehouse and inventory control of chemical raw materials. * Dosage of raw materials according to product formulation. * Support in product preparation according to established procedures. * Recording and monitoring of preparation parameters during production. **Benefits:** * **Salary: 1500** * Job stability and a positive work environment. * Opportunity for learning and professional development. * **Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 am – 7:30 pm** Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
