**JOB PROFILE**
Education: Chemist, Chemical Engineer, or related field.
**Training:**
Knowledge of physicochemical analysis
Knowledge of and ability to interpret NTP\-ISO/IEC 17025 in its current version
Knowledge of uncertainty evaluation
Knowledge of ensuring result validity
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
**Experience:** Minimum 3 years conducting physicochemical tests
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Comply with and ensure compliance with established procedures in the management system, enabling its implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement regarding physicochemical testing.
• Define and develop improvements for physicochemical laboratory tasks.
• Periodically review and verify compliance with the laboratory equipment maintenance, verification, and calibration program.
• Analyze and review reported results of physicochemical tests.
• Maintain up-to-date information on national and international regulations and technical standards related to the services provided.
• Manage and supervise compliance with the proficiency testing program for physicochemical test methods.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of personnel under supervision in conducting physicochemical tests.
• Implement new accredited and non-accredited methodologies within the organization, as required.
• Execute corrective actions and handling of non-conforming work generated in the area.
• Respond to and support laboratory physicochemical audits.
• Ensure proper handling of samples and work equipment.
• Ensure correct usage of physicochemical laboratory consumables.
