We are currently seeking a **Senior Structural Engineer** to join the team of a **healthcare project in Lima**. The purpose of this position is to lead the technical assessment and development of structural reinforcement proposals for existing infrastructure, ensuring compliance with current regulations. 1\. Responsibilities and assignments: * Determine the origin of cracks and pathologies detected in basements and lower levels. * Develop the computational design model of the existing structure. * Define and supervise the testing plan (destructive and non-destructive) on structural elements as required. * Develop technical reinforcement solutions (jacketing, plates, or similar). * Coordinate with the materials department to adjust models according to laboratory test results. 2\. Requirements and qualifications: * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Between 15 and 25 years of experience in structural design and supervision. * Technical experience in concrete pathology and interpretation of diamond-core testing. * Proficiency in specialized software: ETABS and SAP2000. * Up-to-date knowledge of standards E.030 and E.060. * Ability to draft diagnostic reports that clearly and coherently link field findings with failure hypotheses and regulatory justification. * Strong technical analysis skills and orientation toward meeting deliverables. 3\.
