Job Summary: Operate the factory truck for the manufacturing and loading of explosive mixtures, ensuring compliance with procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Basic preventive operation and maintenance of the factory truck. 2. Ensure quality and safety in explosive manufacturing. 3. Contribute to a safe and collaborative work environment. Operate the factory truck for the manufacturing and loading of explosive mixtures, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, Enaex corporate values, and established safety regulations, such as the PCRO program. * **Primary Responsibilities – Factory Truck Operation:** Drive and operate the factory truck in accordance with established procedures. Manufacture required explosive mixtures according to blast design and planning. *Ensure the factory truck is in optimal operating condition through inspections and basic preventive maintenance.* Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to the PCRO program and legal regulations related to the transport and handling of explosive materials. Identify and mitigate risks during operations to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment, and facilities. Operational Quality: Ensure explosive mixtures meet required technical specifications and quality standards. Report any deviations or anomalies detected during the manufacturing process or in equipment. Contribute to strengthening a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment. * **Desired Knowledge:** * Blasting process * Types and properties of explosives * Use and properties of factory trucks * Use and properties of control systems * Calibration and control of explosive mixture manufacturing * Basic mechanics/hydraulics * Risk prevention * Hazardous material handling * Defensive driving * **Requirements:** * A3C driver's license (A4\ optional). * Minimum 2 years holding an AIIIB license. * Minimum 6 months of service as an Auxiliary Operator. * Technical education related to the industrial or mining sector (desirable). * One year of experience in the mining sector in drilling and blasting.
