Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Cleaning Operator to maintain common areas of condominiums and buildings in Lima and Callao. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness of common areas (hallways, elevators, stairs, basements) 2. Control cleaning materials and supplies 3. Position requires responsibility and attention to detail **VISION AND WORK** We are a leading company in the field of Real Estate Management, currently seeking personnel for Cleaning Operator positions in condominiums and buildings across various districts of Lima and Callao. **FUNCTIONS:** \- Keep common areas clean (hallways, elevators, emergency stairs, basements, etc.). \- Effectively manage cleaning materials and supplies for the real estate unit. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (preferred). \- Highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented. \- Availability to work: 6 days per week / 8 hours per day. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** Formal employment under MYPE payroll starting from Day 1: \- 15 days of annual vacation. \- Enrollment in SIS Microenterprise. \- Contributions to the pension system (AFP/ONP). \- 50% voluntary bonus in July and December.
