Job Summary: Coordinate and execute the electronic initiation process for blasting, ensuring proper detonation and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and coordination of blasting tasks. 2. Design, programming, and detonation of blasts. 3. Generation of reports and product training. **Mission or Objective**: Execute the electronic blasting initiation process to ensure correct detonation according to customer requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate blasting tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the site. * Perform blast design, programming, connection, checking, charging, and detonation. * Collect data from the blasting process and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators, progress, anomalies, downstream post-blast result tracking support, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct product training sessions covering product features and properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by addressing their requirements and expectations. * Coordinate blasting activities with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of mining experience preferred. * Mining Technician or related degree. * Knowledge of blasting processes preferred. * Class A2b or A1 driver's license preferred (issued at least 3 years ago)
