The Project: Will be fully responsible for leading and supervising project execution, ensuring adherence to defined objectives, timelines, and scope. Will play a central role in implementing and applying project management methodologies (PMBOK, PMI, PM4R or others), as well as in defining and utilizing governance and control tools. Will oversee the operation of the information system, ensuring timely and reliable recording of KPIs and reports for decision-making. Will coordinate interaction among technical, administrative, legal, and monitoring departments, ensuring consistency of deliverables and effective team alignment. Participation in at least 15 infrastructure projects with an individual cost of* S/ 10 million, including a minimum of 3 projects exceeding S/ 50 million. * Project management certifications (PMP, PMI, IPMA, PM4R or equivalents) will be valued. * Experience in designing and implementing monitoring systems (reports, dashboards, KPIs). * Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
