As a company committed to diversity and inclusion, we encourage all professionals who meet the job description requirements to apply.** **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** ================================== * Review and analysis of management reports. * Responsible for efficiently managing the station to achieve its operational performance target (control and management of expenses and revenues). * Compliance with regulatory obligations imposed by supervisory entities, gathering evidence required during internal or external audits (SCOP closure, IPERC, risk matrix, SMA, etc.). * Fulfill legal obligations during working hours (monitoring attendance records, submission of health certificates, scheduling shifts to ensure rest periods or payment of overtime where applicable, vacation planning, delivering safety talks, ensuring completion of mandatory legal and operational training, etc.). * Ensure a positive work environment to support the performance of team members under supervision (respectful treatment, approachability, fostering collaboration and teamwork). * Safeguard team members’ well-being both professionally and personally, providing appropriate support and accommodations as needed. * Support team members’ professional development, promoting continuous learning. * Disseminate and ensure understanding of relevant business information. * Comply with safety procedures: identifying unsafe conditions that could affect operations, station image, or personnel safety; reporting and tracking resolution or correction (infrastructure issues—including areas occupied by tenants—proper use of PPEs, or any behavior contrary to the company’s safety policy). * Report various incidents. * Address and manage customer complaints. * Authorize and review work permits. * Manage staff certification renewals for activities such as fuel unloading, LPG and CNG supply. * Responsible for station equipment: verify proper operation, report damage or theft, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ensure common areas meet appropriate conditions for staff use (cleanliness, order, adequate lighting and ventilation, furniture in good condition, etc.). * Analyze cash reconciliation and settlement, and perform administrative closing. * Review control forms and implement corrective actions for identified discrepancies or anomalies (SOFAs, Form 14, delivery notes, RepsolMás usage, etc.). * Monitor fuel stock levels through tank gauging, reporting stock to the transportation department, fuel deliveries, dispenser calibration, system inventory recording, shrinkage analysis, among others. Report any irregularities to the immediate supervisor and follow the procedure for anomaly identification and correction. * Conduct random inventory checks of key categories. * Monitor compliance with assigned duties and tasks by supervised personnel. * Responsible for cash control (cash remittances, petty cash administration, point-of-sale cash counts, vault cash counts, change fund management, anomaly analysis, etc.). * Responsible for ensuring staff wear uniforms correctly at their workstations. * Ensure the station meets the company-defined service standard (image, customer service, etc.) **Position Requirements:** ============================== * Technical or university graduate (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent), preferably in Business Administration or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a station administrator or manager, convenience store, retail business, or similar. * Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to handle and analyze commercial performance indicators. * Willingness to relocate within the same city. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
