MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \*Develop, review and approve the company's operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability. \*Set clear objectives and goals. \*Supervise the planning, execution and closure of all engineering projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets. \*Continuously improve operational processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality in project execution. \*Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and superior quality of projects. \*Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and other key stakeholders. \*Supervise the implementation and compliance of quality and safety standards in all projects. \*Preparation and review of technical documents. \*Resource management and facility maintenance. REQUIREMENTS: \*Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. \*Postgraduate degree and/or diploma in Project Management. \*Certification in Projects or related fields. \*Specialization in quality management systems, strategic cost management of mining maintenance and/or industrial plants, and reliability. \*5 to 7 years of experience preferably in the industry. \*Reside in Lima and live in areas adjacent to Santa Anita. SKILLS: \*Leadership and communication. \*Ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex problems. \*Successfully manage large-scale projects. \*Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
