Position Summary: Provide comprehensive support and actively collaborate in managing operational, administrative, and training processes to optimize their efficiency and effectiveness. Preparation of periodic reports with key performance indicators **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Provide comprehensive support and actively collaborate in managing operational, administrative, and training processes to optimize their efficiency and effectiveness. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide comprehensive support in monitoring and tracking operational time, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing effective solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in operational processes. * Provide logistical support for equipment transportation to operations, properly managing required documentation. * Support administrative processes related to operations personnel, ensuring proper management thereof. * Actively participate in training sessions and execution of operational tasks, as well as in operating the electronic initiation system. * Effectively perform assigned tasks under supervision, following instructions and established requirements, assuming necessary leadership and responsibility to carry out corresponding actions when required. * Prepare periodic reports with key performance indicators and relevant statistics to continuously monitor results achieved in the area. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum six months of experience in blasting is desirable. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Knowledge of blasting design software. * Willingness to work in Cusco under the mining labor regime.
