Job Summary: D&T Company is seeking a Technical Assistant to support optical fiber installations, maintenance, repair, and basic network device configuration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in cable laying, equipment installation, and maintenance. 2. Collaboration in optical fiber preparation and splicing. 3. Support in network device configuration and customer assistance. Currently, we are seeking a **TECHNICAL ASSISTANT**, whose responsibilities will include: * **Installation Support:** Assists in laying optical fiber cables and installing conduits, supports, and equipment at height (poles) or ground level. * **Maintenance and Repair:** Helps diagnose and resolve basic faults in equipment (ONTs, routers, switches) and transmission media, performing repairs and replacements. * **Fiber Preparation and Splicing:** Collaborates in preparing fiber for splicing, making splices, and sealing splice closures and terminals. * **Basic Configuration:** Assists in initial configuration of network devices (ONTs, routers) and verification of network parameters. * **Customer Support:** May assist in resolving user incidents from a physical and basic connectivity perspective. * And others. Requirements: * Person with a positive, cheerful, and courteous attitude. * Technical education or completed secondary school. * Experience in telecommunications (NOT MANDATORY)—training will be provided. * Driver’s license A1 We Offer: Formal employment under an SME benefits plan.
