At CORHUAN S.A., a Peruvian company specializing in the execution of electromechanical and civil projects in the industrial and mining sectors, we are seeking a committed, results-oriented professional to fill the position of: RECRUITER **Mining Personnel Recruitment and Selection** Identify, evaluate, and select personnel for operational, technical, and administrative positions (e.g., machinery operators, drivers, supervisors, engineers, etc.). **Publication and Management of Job Openings** Disseminate job offers via employment portals, professional networks, and communities near mining operations. **Resume Screening and Candidate Evaluation** Review CVs; verify mining experience, driver’s licenses, and required certifications and training (e.g., occupational safety and health (OSH), work at heights, machinery operation, etc.). **Interviews and Competency Assessment** Conduct interviews to assess mining experience, technical skills, adaptability to camp-based work, and roster-based work schedules. **Coordination of Occupational Medical Examinations** Manage pre-employment medical evaluations according to mining operation requirements. **Verification of Documents and Employment Backgrounds** Validate employment certificates, licenses, safety training certificates, and professional references. **Coordination with Department Heads and Supervisors** Develop job profiles and identify staffing needs based on project requirements. **Management of Personnel Onboarding Process** Coordinate inductions, delivery of contractual documents, and worker registration in the company’s system. **Monitoring of Personnel Adaptation Process** Track initial performance and employee retention throughout the project. **Maintenance and Updating of Candidate Database** Maintain a database of qualified personnel for future mining operation job openings.
