Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist for electrical installation and maintenance services, focused on permit management, field safety supervision, and risk control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Electrical installation and system safety management 2. Field safety measure supervision and control 3. Safety documentation and training material development **Peruvian company providing electrical and systems installation and maintenance services at service stations; we are seeking top talent as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician or Graduate Engineer in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields — mandatory. * Minimum 3 years of documented experience as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist. * Experience in high-risk work (electrical, confined spaces, height, etc.). * Specialization, diploma, and/or program in safety, occupational health, and environmental systems (minimum 120 hours of training). * Willingness to travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * On-site documentation preparation and field permit management (ATS, Work Permits, Checklists, etc.) for work access. * Conduct 5-minute safety talks. * Supervise and ensure workers use appropriate PPE for each task, and monitor compliance with Safe Work Procedures and work standards. * Knowledge of Safe Work Procedure and IPERC development. * Maintain records of occupational accidents and other mandatory records required by the occupational safety and health management system. * Support accident/incident investigations. * Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and deliver training to personnel. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor related to the position/area’s mission.
