This is your opportunity to leverage your talent and join our company! **Job Mission:** Plan, coordinate, and oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, serving as the central link between clients and internal teams to guarantee successful launches. **Responsibilities:** * Plan campaign timelines considering dependencies, production timelines, and launch dates. * Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth workflow from briefing to final delivery. * Identify operational risks and propose contingency plans. * Prioritize tasks based on impact on the campaign and client objectives. * Monitor adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Manage additional client requests while assessing their impact on timelines and resources. * Lead project status and progress meetings. * Maintain updated control dashboards and management tools. * Ensure correct implementation of internal processes to avoid rework. * Guarantee timely delivery of assets for media planning, production, and activations. * Coordinate external vendors when required by the campaign. * Communicate deviations, risks, or blockers along with proposed solutions. * Optimize workflows to improve team efficiency. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning * Teamwork * Proactivity * Attention to detail * Assertive communication * Confidence in decision-making **Requirements:** * Reside in Lima, Peru. * Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in the following social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and Google. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Proven experience managing marketing campaigns. * Minimum 1 year of experience in advertising or marketing agencies. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment * Career path * Free training programs * Opportunity to work with leading brands, expanding the reach of your proposals. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. * Hybrid work arrangement. * EPS health insurance — company covers 25%. * Additional day-offs: We grant you 4 extra vacation days. * Birthday benefit: You may finish work at 12:00 pm on your birthday or redeem it on a date of your choice!
