At Nevada Entretenimientos S.A.C., we are seeking an **Industrial Engineer / Data Analyst** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. (**MANDATORY**) * Specialization in data analysis or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in data analysis software (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). * Ability to develop predictive models, regression analysis, time series analysis, and others. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency. * Teamwork, effective communication, and clear presentation of results to various departments. **Responsibilities:** * Collect, process, and analyze data from diverse sources. * Develop statistical and predictive models to identify trends and patterns that support decision-making. * Use analytical tools such as Power BI and others to visualize data and present results clearly and concisely. * Identify areas for process improvement and propose data-driven solutions. * Develop and automate periodic reports for senior management and other company departments. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in establishing metrics for continuous improvement. * Ensure analyses and solutions comply with company regulations. * Maintain data integrity and confidentiality. **Additional Information** * Immediate availability required. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
