Advanced proficiency in BIM and GIS software **A) Academic Qualifications:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. **B) Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in engineering projects. * Minimum 2 years of experience in preparing technical files, preferably for riverbank protection, stormwater drainage, and/or sanitation projects. * Advanced proficiency in BIM and GIS software. * Experience working on projects under NEC-type contracts is desirable.
