Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in the civil/construction field, working in a technical office or on-site. \- Advanced proficiency in software: AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, S10, Revit, MS Project, Excel, Microsoft Office. \- Knowledge of reading drawings from various disciplines, quantity take-offs, unit price analysis (UPA), and general expenses. \- Knowledge of construction scheduling and monitoring, and development of schedules. Responsibilities: \- Prepare relevant technical documents for the project or construction work (drawings, reports, technical specifications, or others). \- Review drawings from different disciplines to resolve interferences. Review deliverables and coordinate corrections. \- Control the registration of technical information and schedules for projects. \- Prepare budgets, develop analyses of additions, deductions, and identify potential project scope increases. \- Provide technical support in the office and on-site, assuming the necessary responsibility to ensure project success and continuity.
