Responsibilities: * Verify that activities are executed within established timeframes, ensuring quality. * Demonstrate teamwork ability with a focus on achieving shared objectives and goals that contribute to project completion. * Ensure activities are carried out within the timeframes specified by the client. * Ensure operational processes comply with quality parameters, safety and environmental standards, and procedures. * Coordinate with shift supervisors for activity execution according to the established plan. * Manage control of operational budgets. * Assess and implement opportunities for operational improvement. * Responsible for compacting tailings on sidewalks. Requirements: * 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years of specific or related experience for this position. * Degree holder and licensed professional in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment (SSO) in mining. * Essential knowledge of tailings. Work Schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off Full transportation and meal allowances provided. Formal employment registration and all statutory benefits.
