Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations **GRUPO ROJAS INGENIEROS SAC** **JOB DESCRIPTION: RESIDENT ENGINEER FOR ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN THE MINING SECTOR.** **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:** A licensed and professionally registered engineer in **Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering**, with proven experience in executing and supervising electrical construction works within mining environments. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Supervise, coordinate, and ensure proper execution of electrical projects within mining operations** **Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards, current mining regulations, and safety protocols throughout all project phases.** **Manage technical and human resources on-site, coordinating with contractors and other operational departments.** **Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and execution schedules.** **Ensure continuity of electrical systems and their integration with other mining processes.** **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **\- Mining Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Metallurgical Engineer, or Chemical Engineer,** **\- Experience in electrical construction works within the mining sector.** **\- 5 years of continuous, valid professional registration** **\- Availability to work under non-standard work schedules and in mining zones (6x1 shift).** **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** **Leadership** **Results-oriented mindset and goal achievement focus.** **Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capability under pressure.** **Effective communication and collaborative teamwork.** **BENEFITS:** **Formal employment contract with full statutory benefits, including per diems and accommodation.** **Compensation: USD 3,500\-4,000 (negotiable based on professional experience) \+ overtime pay** **Company: Grupo Rojas Ingenieros S.A.C** **RUC: 206078171755** **Submit CV to: rrhh.gring@gmail.com** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: PEN 4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
