Achieving monthly sales targets and commercial KPIs: conversion rate, average transaction value, and units per transaction. Ensuring excellent customer service. Knowledge of cyclic inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising. Compliance with store protocols and policies. Adaptability to company-driven changes and improvements. *Requirements:* Minimum 1 year of experience as an outlet store advisor (retail sector, fashion, footwear, accessories, or related fields). Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage both quantitative and qualitative performance outcomes. Outstanding communication skills, proactivity, and dynamism. Basic proficiency in computer tools (Excel, POS systems, sales reports).
