




Job Opportunity: We are looking for an Audit Assistant Position Objective Provide basic operational and technical support in financial and internal audit assignments, ensuring information organization, compliance with procedures, and follow-up on requirements, under direct supervision. Position Responsibilities 1 Audit Execution Support * Assist in collecting and organizing financial information. * Prepare and update audit working papers. * Follow established audit programs and checklists. * Assist in basic audit testing under supervision. 2 Basic Review and Analysis * Review supporting documentation (invoices, contracts, reconciliations). * Assist in simple reconciliations. * Identify inconsistencies and report them promptly. * Document preliminary findings (without issuing conclusions). 3 Document Management and Quality Control * Maintain organized audit files by client and period. * Verify that working papers are complete and properly referenced. * Assist in version control and evidence management. * Comply with confidentiality policies and internal controls. 4 Reporting Support * Assist in preparing draft reports. * Update tables, appendices, and references. * Verify consistency between working papers and reports. Required Profile * Final-year student or graduate in Accounting. * Knowledge of financial and/or internal auditing. * Basic knowledge of IFRS and internal control. * Proficient use of Excel. * Organized, sound judgment, and professional ethics.
