**Responsibilities:**  Implement the quality and safety policies and objectives.  Responsible for sample reception and quality control for customer testing, in accordance with established procedures.  Support verification of sample entry into the system for laboratory testing.  Responsible for sample coding to ensure proper distribution to respective departments.  Responsible for reporting all deviations related to test items to the Sample Reception and Warehouse Coordinator.  Verify documentation accompanying samples, such as chain-of-custody forms, letters, etc.  Prepare requested materials, solutions, and preservatives according to established procedures.  Responsible for controlling and maintaining stock levels of office supplies and cleaning materials.  Participate in and comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).  Identify hazards and assess risks to safeguard workers’ safety and health.  Participate in and comply with Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations.  Perform other duties assigned by the Sample Reception and Warehouse Coordinator. **Requirements:**  Completed secondary education or technical studies related to Chemistry or related fields.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level; intermediate level preferred.  Basic knowledge of logistics (preferred).  Availability to work Monday through Saturday in Puente Piedra.
