Currently, we are looking for a **Treasurer** to join our team. **Functions** . Responsible for settlement and control of payments to physicians (Directors and Medical Staff). . Responsible for ensuring payment fulfillment for services such as salaries, fees, utilities, and others. . Recommend foreign exchange transactions, specifying the amount of dollars to be traded. . Responsible for managing the issuance of checks and bank transfers for supplier payments, subject to prior approval by General Administration. . Review bank balance and transaction reports in detail on a daily basis. . Responsible for controlling cash inflows through various payment methods and performing daily cash reconciliation. . Responsible for archiving supplier, employee, and other payments—both physical and digital—as well as income records. . Prepare biweekly reports on Income, Expenses, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Medical Fees, Cash Flow, and Account Statements for doctors. . Manage and review cashier duties to optimize service and improve performance. .
