Our restaurant La Vaca Loca is seeking a warehouse and logistics assistant who meets the following requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions or functions within the **food and beverage industry.** * Knowledge of BPM * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive goods and verify compliance with agreed-upon specifications, quality, and prices * Accurately dispatch goods to various departments of the restaurant * Gather company requirements * Accurately enter merchandise receipt information into the warehouse management software (invoices, receipts, credit notes, etc.) * Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to meet the needs of restaurant departments * Perform other tasks assigned by the department head.
