We are seeking a proactive and responsible professional to join our accounting team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or degree in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction companies or related industries (preferred). * Knowledge of tax withholdings and deductions (mandatory). * Experience in preparing financial statements. * Knowledge of tax regulations and IFRS. * Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level). * Proactive, rigorous, responsible, and punctual individual. * Immediate availability to work Monday through Saturday in Pachacámac. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record Net Cash payments and perform bank reconciliations. * Manage tax withholding payments and monthly tax settlements (VAT, Income Tax, SENCICO). * Assist the General Accountant with any accounting requirements. * Prepare financial reports, cost and revenue analyses, and conduct periodic reviews of accounting information. * Record accounting documentation in compliance with tax and accounting regulations. * Record payments and credits in SAP; analyze and reconcile accounting accounts. * Generate and manage electronic accounting books and honorarium receipts for HR declarations. * Review billing requests and record invoices for materials and services. * Calculate and record monthly depreciation and creation of new assets. * Support financial audits and SUNAT inspections. * Track and cost imports. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Competencies and Skills:** * Proficiency in SAP and accounting systems. * Solid knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. * Financial analysis and cost control capabilities. * Organization and attention to detail in accounting processes. * Experience in preparing financial reports and audit follow-up. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration and all statutory benefits. * Excellent working environment within an industry-leading company.
