Applicants from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC – Monterrico campus), Universidad de Lima, or Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (USIL) will be especially valued. * Experience: Not required. We value your potential and willingness to grow. * Technical Skills: \* Intermediate level Excel proficiency (functions such as SI.CONJUNTO, filters, and pivot tables). \* Good reading comprehension and critical thinking skills. \* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for analysis and writing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Record and update information in CRM and databases. * Assist in the preparation and consolidation of reports. * Follow up on documentation and case management with clients (agreements, returns, deliveries, etc.). * Coordinate logistics between office and sales rooms. * Provide operational support and communication with digital agency. * Assist in marketing campaigns and property promotion.
