Completed secondary education Must be of legal age (18 years or older) Valid identification documents Intermediate level of English (English screening will be conducted via phone) Availability to work at our Surco Site (near Óvalo Monitor) Availability for training from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM Availability to work Monday through Sunday, 48 hours per week (2 days off) **Availability to work during the following shift:** **Shift:** 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (A specific shift within this range will be assigned) **Your main challenges as a #Teleperformer will be:** * Providing customer service to users of an online restaurant platform via phone calls, chats, emails/SMS in English. * Demonstrating strong comprehension and usage of English through customer interactions. * Demonstrating knowledge and appropriate use of departmental resources, policies, and procedures. * Proactively seeking solutions or suggestions to address any business-related issues.
