We are seeking a **Product Development Assistant** to join our team—organized professionals with attention to detail who enjoy working in a dynamic and innovative environment. **What are we looking for?** * Technical or university studies in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in creating technical specifications (fichas técnicas). * Experience in purchasing textile materials (fabrics and trims) \- Desirable * Knowledge of textile materials (fabrics and trims) * Experience in fashion retail \- Desirable * Inventory and stock ledger (kardex) management \- Desirable * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level). **COMPETENCIES:** * Attention to detail and quality * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Proactivity and sound judgment in problem resolution * Teamwork and collaborative attitude. **What will you do in this role?** * Create technical specifications including construction details, measurements, materials, trims, sewing processes, and finishes. * Complete the materials requirements table (fabrics, trims, and labels) per model and color, according to launch projections. * Update the product launch schedule and report the status of each model as coordinated with supervisors. * Conduct local purchases of fabrics and trims: sourcing suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and tracking payments. * Coordinate with the warehouse assistant for the receipt of raw materials, trims, and other purchases. * Review and verify fabric and trim stock ledgers (kardex) to project future purchases. **Location:** San Borja **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and one Saturday per month from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. **BENEFITS:** * Be part of a recognized brand in the fitness \& fashion industry. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Private health insurance (EPS). * Exclusive discounts on brand clothing and products.
