We began operations in November 2012, after several years of investment in exploration aimed at extending the life of the Tintaya mine. The mining settlement is located in the province of Espinar, Cusco region, at 4,100 meters above sea level. Requirements Requirements Graduate in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields, or Heavy Equipment Technician in mining. Certification in operation of auxiliary equipment (Crawler Tractor or Wheeled Tractor or Motor Graders or Excavator or other auxiliary equipment). Desirable certification in auxiliary equipment instruction issued by a recognized mining sector entity or accredited institution (Desirable). "Train the Trainers" course or equivalent training in technical teaching and training methodology. Desirable. Minimum of 8 years of experience operating construction equipment in open-pit mining, including: Cat\-D11T Crawler Tractor (required), Cat\-844K Wheeled Tractor (desirable), Cat\-24 Motor Grader (desirable), Cat\-390DL Excavator (required), Komatsu D475A Crawler Tractor (required), Komatsu PC\-1250 Excavator (required). At least 3 years of experience training auxiliary equipment operators in large-scale open-pit mining operations. Experience in developing and implementing training programs (induction, on-site training, technical evaluation, and performance follow-up). **Technical Knowledge Leadership and Communication:** Demonstrated leadership skills, effective communication, and team management abilities in operational and training environments. Facilitation and Training Skills: Ability to convey knowledge clearly, patiently, and in a structured manner; experience in operator training and development. Technical Knowledge of Auxiliary Equipment: In-depth understanding of the operation, functionality, and application of construction equipment fleets (Caterpillar D11T Crawler Tractor, Caterpillar 844K Wheeled Tractor, Caterpillar 24 Motor Grader, Caterpillar 390DL Excavator, Komatsu D\-475A Crawler Tractor, Komatsu PC\-1250 Excavator). Operating Procedures: Knowledge and application of safe operating procedures and standards for auxiliary equipment fleets in open-pit mining. Operational Technology Systems Management: Experience using and supervising systems such as Dispatch, Collision Avoidance, Anti-Fatigue, MEMS4, and other onboard safety and monitoring systems. Knowledge of Mining Operations: Understanding of unit operations in open-pit mining and their relationship with productivity and safety. Operational Safety Management: Knowledge of mining safety, project management, work plan development, and operational documentation. Technological Adaptability: Ability to adopt and promote new technologies and operational methodologies within the mining environment. Driver's License: Valid Category A\-IIIC driver's license (essential). Computer Tools Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office; use of Power BI for data reporting and analysis (Desirable).
